Hello,
I started Content Designers Ltd as a freelancer and contractor, working solo for clients and agencies.
I've always loved user-centred design (UCD); the 'detective' work of understanding how users engage with a company online, talking to people about their needs and finding the optimum way to design for them.
Now, as well as traditional contracts, I work with an amazing group of talented design specialists, to bring the full suite of services to my clients. We work in a way that suits you, whether that's as a part of your existing team, or as an
end-to-end service provider.
As a specialised area of design, UCD isn't widely know beyond government bodies and tech industries - and it isn't cheap. I wanted to change this. And as luck would have it, some of the other incredibly talented UCD professionals I met along the way wanted to do the same.
That's how Content Designers Ltd went from a 'me' to a 'we'.
